The Great Deluge of Metro Manila

Just like anyone who is in Metro Manila yesterday, September 26, I was stuck in traffic. I left our house at 7:30am for my German calss in UP Diliman, I didn't even expect that anything serious would happen given the regular occurrence of typhoons this  month. But it seems, Typhoon Ketsana has no intention of stopping at all.
